Interpretation

  • "Applicable Laws" means any law, statute, regulation, order, judgement, decision, recommendation, rule, policy or guideline passed or issued by government or any competent court or authority in relation to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
  • “The System” or “The Service” means the preplanning.ie website, and all related components of the service.

Disclaimer

Reports generated from The Service use a combination of open data from external 3rd party sources such as National Parks and Wildlife Service, Tailte Eireann, tegasc, Geological Survey of Ireland, various local authorities and others. The Service uses the best available data that is available to the Service when the report is generated. In some situations, the data used to prepare this report may be incomplete or out of date and this is outsite the control of PrePlanning.ie. For this reason, you are advised to use The Service for indicative purposes only, and not to rely on the results for the purpose of proceeding with an application for planning permission, or otherwise.
